Until I run my 6th Boston Marathon for the American Liver Foundation. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!<br><br>Temps in the mid 60s. A little too warm for the runners, but it should be spectacular for the spectators!<br><br>
If you can get a copy, the current New England Journal of Medicine has couple of articles on the risks of under- or overhydration in marathon runners. It ain't all that simple. Bottom line seems to be yout thirst is a good indicator.<br><br>Try looking at www.nejm.org<br><br>
