Well, their DVDs by mail service may be only $14.99 a month, but it costs about $14.98 too much!

After putting up with their hideous turnaround time for 3 months, I'm headed back to the warm bosom of Netflix, which as far as I'm concerned is well worth the three extra bucks a month.

I never liked Blockbuster. Every store I've ever been in had a lousy selection, too few copies of hot new releases and overall they seemed more interested in selling a $5.00 pouch of microwave popcorn than renting a video. I stopped going to them even before Netflix came around.

Yeah me too. Horrible customer service too. I even emailed them once to complain and it too THREE MONTHS to get a reply. Well needless to say by that time I had written them off forever. This was also before Netflix, which I absolutely love (one day turnaround in the Bay Area!).
