This thread could go on and on... customer service is a joke. Doesn't anyone actually answer phones anymore??? <br><br>Tech support is the worst. How can they call it tech support when you know more than "Robert" (known by his family and friends as Muhammed Raul-Sharif Habib) who has obviously never even used a computer beyond the 4 buttons he clicks to "solve your problem" – it's laughable.<br><br>
