I was in a macintosh chat and the topic came up to hard drives. I mentioned the price of a 100GB HD wasn't that much ($249) and someone mentioned for $2500 you can get a Terabyte HD.

The question is..if you could afford one...will one go in your mac and will your mac recognize it?

I think they are just for super computers (I know, you have a mac, but I mean superSUPER computerz). I doubt it's the same size of most HD'sÉ

[color:red]-- John Bailey ( [color:red]Bdog )

[color:blue]Email Me! [color:green]bdog_111@yahoo.com

I think they are a diff. size too. On TechTV they made a big deal about how 100 gigs was a milestone and that drives could only reach X amount of gigs. I forget the num. but it wasn't 1000. You could get in through RAID.

------------------
-- j o n k n e e --
------------------
