I think Apple is just repositioning the iPod photo as the higher-capacity iPod. In fact, it really wont surprise me if the iPod photo loses the "photo" moniker in the future (it'll just be a color screen iPod that just happens to show photos).<br><br>so is it a bust? depends on your point of view.<br><br>
Yeah, A while back, I was really into picking up a digital wallet to store photos while on trips. I ended up spending mega bucks on cards (about 4-5 years ago when a 128MB card was a fortune). I ended up lugging my PowerBook with me and eventually bought a PB 2400 to handle my photo load while on the road. I would take up to 1500 on a trip (for museum work).<br><br>
Yep .. I've been trying to decide between either two larger CF cards or a microdrive. We have a Powerbook, but that's strictly for our business and I wouldn't want to lug it on the road.
