Lancaster is hopping by comparison, lesh!

Seriously, though, since I rarely have time to do more than scratch and fart for entertainment [it's the male condition, as we learn elsewhere on the boards ], a boring place is OK with me. I just wish it were closer to places that aren't so boring so I could say, "See, we coulda . . ."

Great wits are sure to madness near allied.--John Dryden, "Absalom and Achitophel"

Gee whiz - so close to places like Doylestown and Trenton and you still can't find any excitement?

[color:purple]The shortest distance between two points is how far apart they are.

Bored is what I've been the last couple of days, home sick, mostly sleeping when I haven't been on line. I wish I could do some work, but I really can't concentrate at all.

Great wits are sure to madness near allied.--John Dryden, "Absalom and Achitophel"

I thought it was BUCKS County!

I went to school in a suburb of Trenton, and the one good thing they had - opened when I was there- was the AA Trenton Thunder ballpark.

Of course, from a designer's standpoint the team logo was HIDEOUS, but don't get me started...

[color:red]Remember- there's no 'i' in 'team', but there IS an 'm' and an 'e'...

Bucks County is a suburban Philly county. Berks County is like a little bit of history floating around in the present. Honestly, when we moved here 13 years ago, I thought I'd slipped into one of those temporal discontinuities that seem so frequent in Stat Trek and found myself in 1950s America. Not much has changed in the 13 years between then and now.

Great wits are sure to madness near allied.--John Dryden, "Absalom and Achitophel"
