Here's an interesting Issue.
I have 2 Powerbooks and 2 PC notebooks connected to my Airport Base Station
Base Station IP Address : 192.168.1.1
Powerbook 1 gets 192.168.1.2
Powerbook 2 gets 192.168.1.3
However,
PC 1 gets 192.168.100.112
PC 2 gets 192.168.100.113

All computers are using DHCP to obtain IP Address from airport. Any thoughts on this? I have tried a hard reset on the base station several times.

A few Clarifications:
Using Airport Extreme Base Station (not Airport Express).
All computers are set to use DHCP.
Apple laptops receive 192.168.1x IP Address as specified during airport set up.
PCs receive 192.168.100.10x and point to 192.168.100.1 DHCP Server, which in reality is 192.168.1.1
The interesting part is that when I ping 192.168.100.1 from a PC it gets a good response. very weird problem

Hmm... I may be out on a limb here, but are your PCs joining another network? One operated by your neighbour purhaps?

Either that, or your PCs are set to share their internet connection, and they are connecting to each other instead of the base station. Internet sharing should be turned off on your PCs and Macs.
