okay, i looked into things and found that SAT and IQ are highly correlated: <a href="http://www.sq.4mg.com/IQ-SAT.htm">link</a>. i don't necessarily like that thinking, but it looks accurate enough.<br><br>now, the percentage of minorities in various states is interesting, but you'd have to look at the percent of minorities who take the SAT in each state to come to any conclusions based upon the stated IQ scores before we reach your conclusions on race.<br><br><br>--<br>one of the penalties for refusing to participate in politics is that you end up being governed by your inferiors. -Plato
