Black is unreported as of the pictures production. The black in Maine is because the reporting precients don't generally fit within county boundries so there is no way to coororlate much of the Maine returns with a specific county.<br><br>

I would love to see if anyone has done an analysis of the the electorial votes would have turned out if EVERY state proportioned them.<br>i.e. Who ever get the entire states popular votes get two electorial votes. Then the winner of each congressional district gets one more electorial vote.<br>I'm sure someone has done it.<br><br>
