It is not possible for an ISP to suck more when it comes to e-mail.<br><br>I send 90-95% of e-mails without incident, but the e-mail I NEED to reach somewhere on time, it takes hours to get there. Why? Who knows!<br><br>Whenever I e-mail tech support, I receive a reply in broken English from Mr. Patel in India telling me to check the speed of my RAM. <br><br>
Earthlink recently changed its SMTP server setting to "smtpauth" - did you make those changes to your mail program?<br><br>Also, make sure you turn off their silly spam blocker software as part of the Earthlink Tools.<br><br>
