I am ready. After I buy the new house, the Mustang is next. It will be my third one.

[color:purple]We're building up or tearing down In everything we do;
Are you on the construction gang Or on the wrecking crew? - Anon

I had a 1969 Boss 302 Mustang way back then...sold it for $3200 in 1981 (since only 1600 or so were made...it is now worth at 10x that much). It was even in Super Ford Magazine then!

The new model is the first one I would like again.

Good job Ford!

Ah, who needs that when you can beat a Ferrari and a Lamborghinni in 3rd gear!? (with 3 left)
Here is me and my baby...

_________________________________________
You expect me to sign here or somethin?

I had big problems with Ford over a Explorer in '99. I won't get another new Ford. However, I love the looks of the new Stang. But if it doesn't have at least 300 hp it will be a joke.

My used '93 Vette has been rock solid! Chevy's are soooo much easier to work on. And cheaper too. It came stock with 300 hp and with a $500 investment and very little work I am now cranking out 500 hp, more than enough to smoke Stangs or even Porsches.

I am restoring a '69 Mustang Fastback. It is in pieces in my garage right now. I am replacing the tired 302 (5.0 litre) with a massive fuel injected 460 Police Interceptor big block (650 hp as is, 750 hp with nitrous), Global West suspension (because old Stangs handled terribly except Shelbys), and a tricked out automatic transmission (it came with an automatic and it's a bitch to install a manual). I love muscle cars!!
