You know the one about how the W administration issues terror alerts at politically strategic times (see below)? They were coming pretty darn frequently as Bush slid in the opinion polls and really hit a crescendo after the DNC (his lowest point ever). <br><br>Hmmm... apparently the terrorists aren't nearly as threatening now. Maybe they'll come back when the debates start. Is it really a conspiracy? Probably not. Maybe they're just being more careful because they got smacked for the lousy information on the last big alert.<br><br><br><br><br><br><br>
