Well, I occasionally get signal drops, and the Airport Express doesn't seem to take too kindly to that...<br><br>If the signal drops while AirTunes is streaming, I can't seem to reconnect and I get some weird error about the speakers already being 'in use'..<br><br>So I'd just rather not have the signal drop out at all if I can help it...<br><br>[color:white]God speed, mikeb. I have a D-Link, and got an antenna for it--does squat if just about accurate. On the other hand, I got an antenna for the G4, which connects from the Airport card through one of the PCI slots, and it works very well. Before I go the G4 antenna I had real problems with reception. The funny thing is that the old clamshell iBook gets great reception regardless of where I put it in the house of in the back yard. Always at the top of the reception indicator. The new G4 iBook almost never gets beyond the "good" category. The old Wallstreet PB gets a s teady "excellent." The Dull I avoid asking about, but I think it gets "good" reception.<br><br>
