During the DNC, FoxNews' effort to be Fair & Balanced would have commentary by both a republican and democratic spokesman --- usually that meant pairing Ed Gillispi and Zell Miller. <br><br>Likewise, whenever Bush mentions "bipartisan support" or "working with our Democratic leaders", he really means Zell Miller.<br><br><br><br><br>
