How did this happen? At least two women infiltrate the RNC on the evening of the President's nomination speech, one carrying onehelluva big-ass banner. Twice tonight his speech was disrupted. The multiple incidents where there was a breech of security should cause some great concern.

Actually, I think it's pretty resourceful of her to pull it off. I'll bet she was just another pregnant woman when she first entered the convention hall, that is until she pulled out the banner. I wonder what those around her were thinking as she got ready to spring the banner on the audience?

[color:red]I am not John Kerry and I made this ad.

Yeah, it is just plain wrong when political leaders use (abuse) their power for personal gain, lie to "their people" and the result is —how many?— innocent people dead, lives ruined, and let's not even discuss the waste of funds, resources and damage to the Earth itself.

Hummm, who should be taken out back and shot then?

Taken out back and shot, huh? Remarks like that are precisley why I won't vote for the nazi-right! People with this attitude were eager to join the SS so they could start cleansing society of those they deemed inferior or disagreed with their political position. Not that I'm voting for the pinko-commie left either. I'm voting independent for the first time because I think the Reps and the Dems are jst too insanely fanatical. The ridiculous posts by BOTH sides in this forum have convinced me of that. Both sides have swayed my vote with this type of rhetoric. Don't vote for either! [/my one and only political rant]

I do agree however that it was a totally classless thing to do...which is also part of my reasoning for not voting Dem either.

Edited by ezyrider on 09/03/04 12:48 PM (server time).

I'd like to lob a few eggs at his face - anything to get that smirk off of it. Mmmmm the thought of raw egg dripping off dubya's face, causing all that makeup to run. That would make a great photo.

I suppose I should be shot for just thinking about something so disrespectful of our wonderful war president.

Wrong because this was the president's time to address the nation, as Kerry had his at the DNC. This protest was wrong, just as wrong as the organized freepers that disrupt and try to shout down Kerry & Edwards at their rallies.
