well, i'd hate to lose old messages most of all and really that's the only thing i'd hate to lose.

"Tribal sovereignty means that, it's sovereign. If not permanently...how about till the Elections are over? Or even better...how about a new lounge forum for NON-political discussion?

Just to be clear, I don't think every topic needs its own forum, but lately the lounge is being saturated with the stuff...and I come here for diversion from reality.

Thanks for your consideration,

Alan Onymous

The Usernames would be good to keep just for identity purposes.
Maybe you can establish a new ranking system for the forum regulars.

But by all means upgrade, UPGRADE!!

How about archiving these old posts if you decide to keep them?

And then you can work on them at your leisure, and let us in the new part.

I agree with what someone said about titles..let us make our own.

And AlAnon has a good idea.

I want the avatars/sigs to stay and the ability to make up our own rankings. I don't mind re-registering...as long as I can still be ezyrider. Oh I don't know about username carryover--it would be fun to see the scramble for old names. I'd sign up as MattMac112, and then MattMac would suddenly become a liberal, and vice versa. Talk about keeping the pot a-boil!
