#18687 - 10/14/0201:44 AMRe: IBM 64-bit PowerPC to be unveiled Today!
I don't think the 64 bit issue is a problem. First, IBM said the cpu was capable of running both 32 and 64 bit applications. Secondly, Apple went throuh the 16 to 32 bit clean transition easily a long time ago. This will be a piece of cake compared to OS7/8/9 ->OSX .

philip

Though it is from a rumor site.... this article agrees with what a little bird whispered in my ear a short while ago...

http://www.thinksecret.com/news/powerpc970.html

[color:red]What? I don't understand. What?
