Korea was a UN Peace Keeping Action, and look what a mess that became <br><br>It's tough to construct an organization deliberately so that it will have absolutely no independent authority or power, as the "great powers" did after WW II in making the UN charter, and then blame the organization because it has no independent authority or power.<br><br>
