That lady sounds like a looney!<br>It's unfortunate that there are some out there that give legitimate chiropractors a bum rap. The key to every ailment is exercise ! plain and simple. I think John needs to start slow with Pilates and gradually augment his regimen with some weight training.<br><br>

Went back to the Doc today due to more pain in the bicep/elbow area and tingling in the tip of the thumb. He checked me out and gave me a script for Vicadan. Hopefully this will let me have a full nights sleep.<br><br>He said that the tingling should go away soon. Obviously I hit a nerve or something.<br><br>
