shoulder I have! ouch! for the past 2 weeks at least I have had this pain in my neck/shoulder area. It wasn't TOO bad (Amy may disagree heh) and it didn't last that long.

Today, after a few days of feeling good, I now have this pain in my lower neck/left shoulder going on that feels like a pinched nerve!!

So I guess it's DR time..or Chiropracter. Haven't ever been to a Chiropracter...any of you all been to one?

Loc: Beautiful Southern California
I go to a Chiropractor about once every month, or every other month, just depends. Before I started weight training on a regular basis I was having back problems almost too frequent to count. That problem has since disappeared but since my insurance covers 24 visits a year regardless if I go or not, and the visit includes a massage from a licensed masseuse, I figure. why not.

As a side note, many pro athletes use Chiropractors to aid and prevent injuries.
