Last week I asked opinions on whether to purchase a gas or charcoal grill. After going through all the great feedback, I settled on a Weber 22 1/2 One-Touch charcoal kettle.

Tonight, Bryan came over from Dayton and we set forth to feastin' .. Cheers! Uhh, pass the ketchup.

Thanks for the pics. Glad to see you're enjoying yourselves. Those steaks look terrific. Did you cut up those taters yourselves? What's with the cheese, tomato and onion?

[color:blue] “Patriotism is the last refuge of a scoundrel,” Samuel Johnson
Tomatoes .. Vidalia onion .. smoked provolone cheese .. Mix 3 tbspns Olive Oil, 1 tblspn Balsamic vinegar (which was in the cup) .. drizzle over the veggies and cheese and serve at room temperature with the steak .. Best side dish ever.

(we bought the steak-fries .. baked them for 20 minutes).

****************

[color:blue]I'm MattMac112, and I approve of President George W.
