My contribution:

what?

It's neo-classical in the fact that I don't have Photoshop and I look down my nose at your elitist snobs with the high-end apps.

Post them as you get them... I think it would be cool to see how many we could come up with. I think we should set a size of like 500x500 pixels @ 72 dpi so they don't bog down the forums.

[color:red]What? I don't understand. What?

No, it's a stand-alone app. And, it's free. Do a search at versiontracker for it. You don't need tons of your own images for it, it will find them using google. You just tell it what the main images is, enter a bunch of keywords and sit back and watch it go.

[color:red]What? I don't understand. What?

Wow, this is some excellent stuff. I'd like to try my hand at it when I have time, but I see I'm dealing with some real pros here! All of them are really quite good.

My original intent was quantity and originality, not necessarily quality. It doesn't have to be fancy, just different. Please join us... toss in your "What?"

[color:red]What? I don't understand. What?

I think that is pure genious. How many hours did you slave over that WHAT? I would think you may even spent days on that project. Thanks for joining the fun.

Oh it was very taxing...can you see the ? up in there? You know how hard it was to fit that there? Only 5 minutes you say. I don't believe it. Not possible.
Yes Picaso, poor fellow, would be eating his heart out if he was still alive.

Ok, I've never made a gif before, so I thought I'd give it a go. This is the best I can do. I hope you're all happy now! I've just wasted 45 minutes on this at work!

Officially, that does not qualify due to the lack of "WHAT?" But since it does say "what" in another language, and you obviously put a lot of time into it at your employers expense, I will accept it!

[color:red]What? I don't understand. What?

i want to know how OSXaddict stole my image. I swear that I was laboring over a WHAT? that's exactly the same as his. Well, maybe not nearly so good as his. yeah...but my crab above was a watercolor that i scanned in and then i started playing with fireworks -- i've never really used it, so thought i'd fiddle around. not bad. and no "negative/reverse-out/neon" look. see, i can get by without it. in fact, i am officially retired from that "look."

if i wasn't so swamped with the website project you told me to avoid, i would have time to do something worthwhile. i am reaping what i sew, eh?

[color:blue] -sean
I told you so....

Well, unfortunately, I didn't take my own advice. I'm building a website for a client.
Margadagio, couldn't beleive we were thinking along the same lines! You were faster however. But let me post my creation anyway. I had a photorealistic version made first, but than decided to make an illustration. You get the idea anyway, but no so offending. Couldn't beleive what I found with google: http://www.smellypoop.com/photogallery2.html I didn't make it to a link deliberately. Not for the faint hearted.

http://raszl.net

Okay - so I asked for it - and now it's lunchtime - and I'm looking at the images on my monitor and now I'm looking at my lunch - pork stir fry with grilled eggplant (the skinny Asian kind) and well, um, the sauce is brown....(lesh puts hands over mouth, runs from the room, the sounds of gagging trailing after her...)

Fine, but I'm only doing ONE of these- I'm working in OS9 and it takes too much time to keep bringing up the iDisk to put in new graphics!!

Hey! Wait a 'minute'....
I couldn't find one... believe me, if I could find one, I would have been using it by now!

[color:red]What? I don't understand. What?

Maybe you could just hold a microphone and record it from the speakers...

Then use Peak or QT Pro to isolate it- or something to that effect.

[color:orange]Hey! Wait a 'minute'....
yeah... it's fake... so is everything on daytime television! I you go into it as kind of a "soap-opera for men" attitude, it's much more fun to watch. For a while earlier this year, it was the best comedy on television!

[color:red]What? I don't understand. What?
