Cuba is a non trading countrie with the US.<br><br>SO if MS sold software and HP they are violating a US trade law.<br>They both should be shut down (Immediatly) for exchanging technical knowlage.<br><br>Whats there in Cuba has be Pirated and the hardware stolen.<br><br>
