I guess we will have to do The Lost Weekend 2 come this Easter,my fingers are healed from all my serious posting durring TLW
Who knows we may get another Lounge at MC or Jim may have a stroke or Alec may go all the way

Or are we just letting it happen? I don't give a rat's backside if some want to post political arguments... I'll ignore them, for the most part.

I think it's just a phase. Once Bin Laden is caught, Saddam is dead and Bush is out of office, things will return to "normal".

Alec
Sure does seem like some folks in the MC lounge really like to use it as their personal soapbox. Maybe the lounge area should be set up more like rooms in a house - the tech den for Mac stuff; the front porch for the political yak; the living/entertainment room, the locker room for your pics your fave babes, the kitchen, the gallery, the studio, the library, the bathroom for the jokes, the dog house, etc. You get the idea.

I have slowed down posting there to much bad politics and views.
I dont bother read garbage or reply.
Yeah the forum needs it bad
One thing is over looked.
[color:blue] MacCentral Lounge
A place to meet with friends and talk about general Mac topics.

I do my best to avoid them as well, but it seems that "hate" is the byword over there. A real shame. There are even a couple of them who promote evil deeds and intolerance with their "informed" rhetoric.
The other rooms are informative and good, however.
As far as idle chit-chat, this is the place for me to be for now. It has a positive feel to it.
