You never know what may happen, as i have stated in other threads AMD's new 64 bit CPU will be ready in early 2003 and will be backwards compatible with 32 bit software. If IBM has the same technology you wouldn't need to rewrite OS X for the release of the CPU, you just wouldt be able to take advantege of the 64 bit capablilitys. I think that Apple may just realese 10.5 later that year to take advantege of it.<br><br>
