I noticed on the front page here your news (or whomeever posted it..I assumed it was you but it might have been Misha or someone else?) about Opera's OSX browser. Well..it's 1023am and still no other website (besides MacCentral) has even mentioned it. Of course I did in their forums and mentioning where i heard about it

Good job with keeping us up to date with the news!

btw, how long are you going to be in Europe?

Actually, the folks at Opera let us know about it. Thanks for your plug on MacCentral... where did you post it? I didn't see it.

My guess is that I will continue travelling here for another two months or so, and then I will spend some time in California, enhancing our contacts there. I will be leaving here soon, but I gotta tell ya... I will miss Europe. It is great here!

Cheers,

Stan
ok..I corrected that and posted at MacCentral.com. Had to register and all..no problem....but their boards are horrible. I hate that type of BB. Oh well..

I did put the link to here in it

Hey Stan, what kind of laptop do you have with you @ Europe, and it seems to be doing it's job well, right?

[color:red]-- John Bailey ( [color:red]Bdog )

[color:blue]Email Me! [color:green]email@example.com

Mornin' John!

I use a G4 Titanium to do my work on the road. It has worked well for me by and large, but I have had problems with CDs loading properly - although it has been fine since the latest firmware update from Apple. The other little thing that bothers me is that after using the PowerBook for long periods, it tends to overheat -- even with a Road Tools pad under it. When it gets really hot it starts acting "funny." I put it to sleep and after it cools down it is fine. A bit annoying.

All that being said, I love it. It does what I need it to do just fine - I'd be lost without it.

Cheers,

Stan
