UN is inefficient, but this organization is still in it's childhood, inspite the fact that it has been around for many years. the UN represent a dream and most of the people working there believe in it. i too have spoken with people who work for the UN and they are not just bsing. so, i think your perception of the UN has to be reviewed.<br><br>
