After that discussion of Noone v. no one, I was watching the movie "Blood Work" and thought of Peter Noone when a kid looked at one of the clues and said, "there's no one in it." Then, the moment I heard one of the character's last name was Noone, I knew he did it.

Can you tell me where in any of my postings or questions that say i'm using Panther. Im not upgrading yet cos there is nothing i need in it & sure for someone with a business to pay for upgrades, go for it. But Apple have a US centric pricing policy and AUD$ upgrade prices never seem fair. Would you pay $229 for Panther unseen or un tested?

oh my you only pay $129 in the US, see where i come from
And its the same with ALL APPLE product
check apple.com.au & see price differences

Edited by LordSatan on 03/08/04 04:10 AM (server time).

Well, Apple IS an American company, they make the majority of their money here in the US. It stands to reason that they focus on their core market first. And they don't set the tax rates, so they can't be held responsible for the higher tax rates jackin up the price.

[color:green]When you eat a can of beans you can't be sure which one made you fart.
