I don't think it's completely worthless from a design perspective...Definitely lose the 'marquee' effect though. That's SO 1994. <br><br>The cars in the upper right I like, as well as the straightforward navigation on top. (K.I.S.S., right?). And I kinda like the organization of the info- I know where everything is, and it's very easy to move around from section to section.<br><br>But, my eye keeps drifting back to that left column- make it a little narrower and maybe move it to the right side. Unless the motivation was to keep the 'news' always at the forefront of the site. But honestly, if the same two articles are going to sit there all the time, then I don't need them constantly in my face. Maybe if they dynamically updated once in a while, it would keep my interest.<br><br>The area on top needs to be stronger- keep the cars like I said, but that symbol on the left is kinda dull and that tower graphic looks like an afterthought. Actually, I just went back and looked at it again, and I didn't even notice that you had 'Bahrain International Circuit' in a grey banner on top. That's not good- that I didn't see it the first 3 times, that is. <br><br>Make the name of the site pop off the screen, and use the graphics of the cars and the tower to complement the title..<br><br>For colors, I'm thinking a nice royal blue and gold. And use a splash of red in the cars and some banners to mix it up. An old mentor of mine said you can never go wrong using some combination of the 'Superman' colors. Something cool in flash would be good.
