...here's what we come up with at work. Someone mentioned their grandma always buys pink or blue toilet paper, never white. I came up with a new point to ponder:
When people are picky about their toilet paper does that mean they are truly anal?

Just for me to understand better, which meaning for "anal" you had in mind:

a·nal adj
1. relating to or situated near the anus.

2. in Freudian theory, relating to a stage of childhood psychosexual development during which the focus is on the anal region and functions.

3. in Freudian theory, relating to adult personality traits, for example, obsessive neatness, stubbornness, and frugality, that are considered to have originated during or be characteristic of the anal stage of development.

DigitalEye

Regarding number 3.

Visit this Porsche Boxster forum sometime, talk about anal! This has to be the most anal bunch of car owners I have ever come across. I don't hang out there much, just too much to handle. Good for technical info now and the, but that's about it.

http://www.ppbb.com/board/986board.htm

Thread about bras for mirrors!

http://www.ppbb.com/board/986board.htm

Rain phobia, quite common among "garage queens."

http://www.ppbb.com/board/986board.htm

For the record, I drive the damned car when I want, rain or shine. It's a nice car, but it's just a car after all. I am not about to stick the thing in the garage and watch it calling to me from the garage! Hard to believe, but there are Boxsters out there 4-5 years old with less than 10K on them. I just don't really get that at all. Ah well. Thought I'd share for some laughs.
