My "PC" in Virtual PC got infected with a virus...rather than bother with trying to remove it, I quit the program, went to the documents folder. dragged the windows hard drive to the trash can, replaced it with a backed up one I had from a few weeks ago on my hard drive, restarted Virtual PC...no more virus!<br><br>Not on a PC!!!<br><br><br><br><br><br>

I was once given a tour at the Royal Saudi Air Force's software development department to check out their test servers. I was and when I saw they had around 6 PowerMac dualies. They used VPC on each PowerMac to simulate a small network of Windows computers and on the 6 PowerMacs they simulate a 6-zone WAN..<br><br>After the test, they do exactly what you did.. Trash all PCs and use fresh backups for new tests.. <br><br><br>DigitalEye

There was this odd beeping sound, then I thought something might have happened, so I ran the McAfee online virus scan on a hunch, and there it was. <br><br><br><br>
