The internal modem in my iMac (15", 10.3.2) seems to have stopped working. System Profiler lists it fine:

Modem Information:
Firmware Version: APPLE VERSION 2.6.1
Driver: InternalUSBModem.kext (v2.6.1)
Modem: Dash2 (V.92) Euro 1.0F
Country: B4 (United Kingdom)
Interface Type: USB

I've run Hardware Test and it shows up fine there and it's correctly configured in System Preferences. The phone line works on the PowerBook so why can't I dial out? I use it so rarely that I can't remember if the last time it worked was before upgrading to 10.3.

Any suggestions welcome.

Try zapping the PRAM. (Shut down. Hold down the Option + Command + P + R keys at the same time while starting up. Let it chime 2 or 3 times then release the keys.)
