Which boards have you been going to? i certainly don't see much amateurish activity on the UNIX boards. And while there may be a lot of newbie posts, there are also a lot of valid and useful discussions going on.<br><br>As far as censoring customer comments... have you ever been to the iPod boards? Those guys go nuts in there. I haven't seen Apple be too hard on them.<br><br>

It's possible that it has indeed improved.
