Otay doods & doodettes, what was yesterday's damage to your wastelines? I've beeen on Atkins for a shade over 3 wks and have lost 9 lbs so far, and yesterday only put back a half-pound! *whew* <br><br>

70!!! Wow! Mazeltov. I've only got another 5 or 6 to go to reach my goal. Any more than that and I'd hve to stand twice in the same place to cast a shadow. <br><br>
Careful with that Atkins stuff- I'm hearing little reports here and there that it may do damage in the long run...<br><br>Basically, I just let fly yesterday - I ate until I wasn't hungry anymore, which was surprisingly quick! Turkey, stuffing, mashed taters, string beans, and some corn bread. Had only the small slice of pumpkin pie (the healthiest choice out of what was available), and a mini- black & white cookie for dessert- and that was pretty much it for the night.<br><br>Of course, I had lost my appetite fairly early into that Dallas game...<br><br>

It's impossible. I was losing 1-2 pounds per day on Atkins. I had one serving of a traditional Thanksgiving dinner and didn't even clean my plate. I gained 3 pounds! How can that be? I didn't even eat 3 pounds of food! <br><br>I swear that I can gain weight just by looking at food. <br><br>Oh well, back on the wagon for me. Fun all over.<br><br>

Congratulations on the weight loss, but be extra careful.. Many heart specialists warn against Atkins like diets due to the high intake of saturated fats.. Saturated fats were also linked to some types of cancer..<br><br>Diet for optimum health, and you will loose weight but a slower pace.. <br><br><br>Waleed's Gallery

Atkins is a short-term diet for most. I could stop now, but I'm gonna give it another week and a half to see if I can drop a few more pounds, then rely on common sense and no more all-night snacking. But I needed this jump-start to get myself motivated.<br><br>
