If you have ANY, repeat ANY page layout or graphic program, just use that instead...

Then you can send your files to a site like copycraft.com or postcardpress.com, and they have some pretty good rates for business cards (4-color, 2-sided, etc), postcards, brochures, you name it.

I'm gonna get around to it one of these days myself...I do all this web stuff on the side, and I never have a card to give to people..argh.

I do mine in quark. Then again, I use quark for about everything...
You could also use illustrator!

___________________________________________
I'm just another Mac user at an 8 hour day Dilbert style cubicle job....
I agree with MacDaddy... there are a number of online service bureaus who will accept files produced by any of the major graphic apps. I am fond of Copycraft, Prepress and any others who advertise direct-to-print; no color separations to deal with (read CMYK crap), no extra charges for plates, or color-correction... they can reproduce pretty much anything you hand them, speaking strictly in the sense that you can trust the output to match your version, provided you establish matching color spaces with them.

I particularly like to use photoshop because it can do it all and it's output is pretty much accepted by most print houses.

"640K ought to be enough for anybody." - Bill Gates
