Found the answer to my problem and thought I'd post it in case anybody else experiences this. You can't have an iSight and iPod connected to the mac at the same time.<br><br>My 3G iPod was taking forever to transfer files and making a faint ticking sound while doing it.<br><br>Turns out that the 3G iPod and iSight camera don't play nice when both are connected to the mac. I disconnected the iSight and BAM!...superfasttransferspeedsandnosounds!<br><br>Guess this means I won't have to take the iPod back after all.<br><br>"Does This Hole In The Ground Make My Ass Look Fat?"<br>----<br>S3V3N<br>Washington, DC USA
