Actually I'm not too sure it's not the climate change. I get them every six months like clockwork. Usually it's in Oct or Nov and then in spring. Never had them until I went to work at the paper. It's an old building that recycles all the bad air. I got home on a Saturday and was fine Sun. & Mon. Then Tues. I started getting the sinus headaches.
