I like the look of the iMac, but I would rather go for the full power of the PowerMac. Same thing in regards to the PowerBook. That and the fact that I'm due for an upgrade from this G4/400 AGP soon, not to mention that I am hoping Apple will release a TabletPC soon…I shall wait for better hardware (better systembus, how 'bout some DDR RAM and a better G4

stop that vesch before I viddy over and smash you something horrorshow

Hey, we start back up on the 26th, a day that will live in infamy

But really, I'm looking forward to this year. First, I got a supply of "esteem" stamps--you know, the kind elementary school teachers use to make their kids feel good ("You're Brilliant!" or "You're GRRReat!"), and I'm going to use them on my unsuspecting upper-level kids. Can't wait

And, to top it all off, I get to be dept. chair this year. Oh frabjous day, oh joy! It's my second stint as administrator of some sort, and already it's reconfirmed how incredibly dumb some folks can be. I mean, there's one fellow who has had his order forms for fall semester books since last March, and he still hasn't ordered his d@mned texts. It's my job to get on his case. So, again, Oh frabjous day, oh joy!

Great wits are sure to madness near allied.--John Dryden, "Absalom and Achitophel"
