For the first time in more than two weeks I was able to resume my daily walk — and man did it feel good! Normally, I'll walk as long as the temp is no less than 20 F (a bit lower if no windchill). Because we've had more than the usual snow coverage here, and of course that good ol' polar vortex, walking has been a non-starter. But it was in the low 50s yesterday and drizzly, so the snow is gone but for the remnants of a few plow mounds.
And in a couple more weeks I'll be able to add the evening walk back into the schedule. I and my scale are happy again!
