I still advise some of my clients to maintain a SM marketing component, and I work with a SM specialist fairly often for those clients. But I've decided not to practice what I preach because it really doesn't do anything measurable for my business, and personally, I still prefer old-school social and contact methods. And one of theses days I'm gonna fix that broken crank handle on my phone.
