I've often been through a checker at a store to have the total of a long list of items sum out to a whole number, like $80.00. The cashier should most of the time disclaim something like "wow, that something. What are the chances of that happening?"
I would say to her, or him, that the odds are the same as for it to sum to any other number like $82.57. Which, if it did, she wouldn't have thought anything about it.
It's just a number
That's my thinking.
If we don't count our blessings We are just wasting our time
