I rebooted again and used OnyX and rebooted and still got all that stuff.

Like I said, don't worry about it. I get the same thing. Like the links said, it's not really an error. The fix must come from Apple in the next iTunes update, maybe. Nothing is broken. It is really too technical to explain, trust me.
The best thing is for Apple is to exclude the "errors" from the Repair Permissions log like they have done numerous things before.
