The Bell & Howell projector one reminded of something that the father of my best friend growing up once said. He was one of those real-man-among-men of the late 60's. A man of those ads. "A woman with a pointy bra never loses a dance."
Still makes me chuckle when I think of it, but it still makes sense really.
Didn't the bazooka bra come about from the movies not being able to show cleavage in the late thirties and on. So the pointy bra was created to give the sense of sex appeal. Coupled with tight sweaters.
