Fortunately, in newer models, the fanotney rods have been replaced with stenerators.
What a bunch of hooey! Everyone complains about their fanotney rods breaking after the warranty runs out. I have never had a problem... most people over load the dishwasher which is what causes these to go out prematurely. The sterenators work... but at what price? They contain a ton of isotopes that have quite a long half life and this is horrible for our environment. Sure.. your dishes are cleaner... but do you really want your children eating off of dishes that are steneratored? Talk about "dirty" dishes....
"If it turns out that President Barack Obama can make a deal with the most intransigent, hard-line, unreasonable, totalitarian mullahs in the world but not with Republicans? Maybe he’s not the problem."
