Oscar did shoot her , he is not denying that , he says by accident ? Media says that he thought she was an intruder ? I guess you could call that an accident ? ?

Anyway apparently the couple is known to the cops for having lots of domestic fights. Its believed they had a fight a few days before , she then went there (unannounced) to give him a valentines day surprise gift , sorta kiss and makeup thingy.
