Ouch. I know from knee pain. I had Osgood-Schlatter disease in both knees when I was in H.S. Got out of gym for almost a full year and even had to use crutches on bad days. Still have the bump on both knees and boy howdy do I feel it on cold damp days — even though it's not supposed to be chronic. eek

I sure hope you find some relief soon!
