To be honest.. if a company is going to go to forums and advertise their services/wares.. they should at least hire someone fluent in the language. No offense.. but I would be worried that tech support would be more hassle just trying to communicate the problem to someone who doesn't have a grasp on my native language.. whatever it may be.
