All the sugar-coating and syrup by Apple department heads made me chuckle all the way through. It was just way too much for me with all the ooh-and-ahh. So yeah, the most revolutionary thing appears to be the design and materials, to be honest, but it is the package that matters. A phone can have a million and one major high-tech features, but if they aren't usable - unless you have an Engineering degree - and the overall design doesn't appeal *cough*Nokia*cough, it fails.
