While I know how upsetting it is to have had to close shop after such a struggle to get NowX to market, I think at this point you owe it to your loyal supporters of many years that didn't get to upgrade from NUTD before closing that if you are legally restrained from selling and doing business that you offer an open license to the community free.
I cannot upgrade to Snow Leopard because I depend so heavily on NUTD and need NowX. I will gladly pay you but if that is not possible then I request a free courtesy license.
