Here is the answer to the support request: The bonjour connection only works with the internal network connections. If the internal and external connections have different IP addresses, you would either need to manually change the IP setting when changing locations, or have two server connections and only viewing the data from the active server connection. The other option is to set up a URL address that would refer to the IP address. Then in the server sonnection, click on add and use the URL information for the connection.
